There are lots of ways to improve your presentations. My favorite site for thinking about presentation is Presentation Zen by Garr Reynolds. My favorite entry is What is Good PowerPoint Design? I also like the coverage of different presentation methods he discusses for making presentations, particularly Lessig and Kawasaki.
